New arrivals at the Mercy Home, June 09

 

Meena, above and right is cared for in the open-care incubator we purchased last year. She weighed only 1.2 kg. when she arrived (about 2.6 lbs.) Due to the shortage of facilities in India for preterm babies, the Mercy Home has regulary received such frail babies, even when they had no specialised equipment for their care. Many thanks to the sponsors who made it possible to purchase these life-saving incubators.
